30-Day Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us before sending anything back. Items must meet our return condition and eligibility requirements.
For non-quality-related returns, customers pay return shipping and original shipping charges are non-refundable. The eligible frame portion follows our standard return conditions; 70% of the amount actually paid for prescription or customized lenses is refundable.

365-Day Frame Warranty
Our 365-day frame warranty covers defects in frame materials or manufacturing. It does not cover normal wear, accidental damage or misuse.
For a confirmed covered defect, we will agree on a suitable resolution with you, such as a replacement frame or compensation. Store credit or a coupon is an option only if you agree.
ELOOKUS covers the necessary shipping cost of a replacement for a confirmed quality issue. If the original frame is unavailable, we will discuss an alternative solution with you before proceeding.
