4. Prescription Eyewear

Prescription eyewear is customized based on information provided by the customer.

You are responsible for ensuring that the prescription, pupillary distance (PD), lens selection, and other information submitted with your order are complete and accurate.

ELOOKUS may review prescription information before production and may contact you if additional information or clarification is required.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel a prescription order that cannot reasonably or safely be produced using the information or lens options available through our service.

Customer-entered prescription or PD errors are not considered manufacturing defects.

5. Orders

An order is not guaranteed to be accepted simply because it has been submitted.

We may cancel or refuse an order for reasons including:

- Product or lens unavailability
- Pricing or website errors
- Invalid or incomplete prescription information
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment
- Abuse of promotional offers
- Shipping restrictions
- Other operational or legal reasons

If we cancel a paid order before fulfillment, any eligible amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our United States storefront are generally shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without notice.

Applicable discounts, shipping charges, taxes, and other charges will be displayed during checkout where required.

Product-level promotions may be recalculated if part of an order is returned and the remaining items no longer meet the original promotion requirements.

ELOOKUS reserves the right to cancel, limit, modify, or refuse promotional benefits in cases of misuse, duplicate claims, unusual activity, or technical error.

8. Multi-Pair Promotions

Where a multi-pair promotion applies, eligible eyewear items may receive a discount based on the qualifying quantity and pricing rules displayed at the time of purchase.

Prescription lens charges are not included in frame-only promotional discounts unless specifically stated otherwise.

If items are returned and the remaining order no longer qualifies for the original promotion, the discount may be recalculated before any refund is issued.

9. Shipping

Shipping rates, processing times, estimated transit times, and free-shipping thresholds are described in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

ELOOKUS is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, severe weather, holidays, incorrect customer-provided addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

10. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Returns, refunds, replacements, prescription-related customer errors, promotional recalculations, and shipping adjustments are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Because prescription eyewear is customized, changes or cancellation may no longer be possible after lens production has started.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, incorrectly manufactured, or different from what you ordered, please contact ELOOKUS promptly.
